If you are even remotely considering changing your front IFS set up this will be the best £60 you have EVER spent. Don't even think about using those long threaded screw style spring compressors.

The bl@@dy thready things are dangerous if you ask me. Slightly less so those of them with wider fingers. They seem to both like being on the same side of the spring.
