Confusing Size Specificities

Hi,

Can someone please clarify the difference in the numbers marked with yellow?

In this manual (http://www.toyota.com.kw/dam/jcr:22444b0e-3277-4817-95f4-ad7ac5f7ab49/lc.pdf) the overall height gets short 25 mm with rim 20-inch but the ground clearance is fixed 230mm…!!! How come when the difference in tire sizes (in the same page) is almost negligible (3.1 mm)!

Can't say for certain, but ground clearance will be under the diffs and hence pretty marginal given your point on the overall tyre size.

I am guessing that those fitted with 20" wheels have lower suspension? (Then again, why would anyone put 20" rims on an offroader, but that's a different conversation).
