Factory Rear A/C Fix or Delete

Hi Im having A/C issues with my JDM 80.

My main issue is not having A/C. Compressor is rebuilt. Gave it Freon but it air is still not cold.

Compressor gets power. and engages on/off.

There was some cold air at some point and I'm not an A/C expert so I go off the gauge on the Freon filler can and its in the green range so I'm not pumping anymore in.

The A/C lines going to the rear A/C are rotten from underneath. The rear blower fan is not getting power as well.

Should I be looking into getting the rear A/C deleted? Anyone had to diagnose the 1,2,3 circuit points below? Is this the right place to start to get power if tryin the route to fix it?

Took it to a shop for leak test and wiring check, fuse was blown and system had air. Discharge + recharge = $96. A/C working in front strong !
