Sometimes ciggy lighters have a direct live from AUX & IGN, with an in-line fuse not far from the ciggy socket.

Just an off-chance.

Just be aware that most Yota fag lighters also have a tiny fusible link built in. It is on the back of the socket and looks just like a tiny drop of solder. Fuse is usually either CIG or quite often DOME

It could be in the fuse box under the dash or the one in the engine bay, usually marked cig or pwr outlet, hope this helps (sorry about my previous post, couldn't resist it)
