[The Penguin]

Have had my 105 Series for around 12 mths now and love the unit, its my first one, a 1HZ105 non turbo suv its the garden variety and as much as it a slug I don’t mind at all. Yes it take a little getting used to but am over the warp speed thing anyway. Am a keen hunter / fly fisherman and named the car The Penguin as it waddles its way to most places. It was purchased with a 2” lift, Koni shockers and a few minor bits & pieces and I have added Kings Spotties, Titan draws and an Ostrich Awning as I use the cover regularly when away on trips. Its a great unit for me and now I can carry a lot of gear that I would normally have to throw in & out everytime I wanted to set off.
A 40ltr Engel and my dog share the rear of the car behind the cargo barrier. I dont have a winch bar, however I now have added Maxtrax to the recovery arsenal, Of late I have had a electrical issue and am keen to sort it out, so have been searching for answers all over various media formats to solve my current problem and look forward to learning more in general about this wonderful vehicle from members on this forum.
