Headlamp bulb question

Just wondering if the low beam lamp (outer unit) is dual filament... without having to pull it out 'cos its a bugger to get at,,,

At the moment my drivers side headlamp comes on when on low beam, but not my passenger.

When I switch to high beam, all 4 headlamps light up...

I'm also getting confused about which bulb I will need if that is the case.. H4?? or something different?

Outer's are dual filament, inner's single filament, re bulb size not sure what would be used in Oz?

Thanks ... Got it sorted .. combination of a dodgy wire and bulb had blown ...
