Hi all,
New entry into Landcruiser ownership having previously run Defenders. Looking for something a bit more comfortable in my old age. Just bought an 1993 LJ78 Prado recently refurbed and 2LTE engine overhauled with head done. Looking to use as a vehicle to travel in as well as take the dog to the beach. Look forwards to getting advice on Mods and technical details.

That's a very nice clean 78, and a good investment, as prices stand at the moment.
Mines a year older and suffering badly from lacquer peel. Yours looks perfect !

Yes it was faded but dealer re lacquered whole car for me. New stainless exhaust, aircon serviced and full service including cam belt and head. He spent a lot getting it ready.
