I’ve got a 2019 LC200 GXL that I use to tow my caravan which is a semi-offroad 3.5t tandem.
The car is fitted with a snorkel, bullbar, lock-up kit and an electric brake controller for the van. I didn’t see the value in the third-row seats so these have been removed, saving me 40kgs, and I installed a flat/carpetted floor in preparation for a slide-out fridge/freezer.
I also installed a couple of relays to turn-on the Daytime Running Lights, which Toyota had wired in but not enabled and I wasn’t about to pay the AUD$1,000 the dealer quoted.
Not happy with the maps from day one and they can get you seriously off-road in the outback. So, I’ve been using maps.me on my ipad but I’m looking for a solution, if possible.
