OK. Apart from having, scrapping, rolling or gifting, I have had probable 8 4x4 vehicles over time. I now have a couple however the one I’m keeping is the 2016 200 series Sahara. It’s a good vehicle to date and it’s a keeper.
I dive and get out there foraging whenever I can. Anything from seaweed to Abalone and crayfish. I’m 70 but still get out there in the waves when I can. Oh yeh, and I make acoustic guitars which keeps me poor - ish.

Gday shayne. I probably won’t post for a little while so, but, yes I do love what I do. Australia missed out on the blues and bluegrass when it was out there real time. We scored Jazz and mainstream but missed the roots.
I build small bodied pre war Martin designs from circa 1880 to say 1934. Traditional as I can before moving into L5 country - soon.

The cruiser is all good to go but I’ll match up some usual catch can and filtration systems as well as a shovel along the way. I run Coopers and it has also had some beneficial removals in putting a 4” system through to the exhausts out back. Runs economically except for the occasional heavy right foot. 10.2 around town and towing a hefty hybrid returns 18.2.
It’s a bit loud on the tailpipe note and has far too many bells and whistles for me. But I do get an answer from the right foot.

Starship enterprise compared to my old 80 do those guitars you make double as a tommy gun or do you sell them full of happy powder

And, in case I never post for a while, here’s some more. Happiest when I select and spear a family feast.

Shayne. I am far happier with low tech. Was after a 100 series 2005 TD but prices were through the roof and back, so opted for this 2016 200 series and very happy except for the high tech. It has an electric speed switch and the accelerator control module which takes me back to having the bronco sideways except much much faster and unfortunately louder. Need to input a hotdog muffler in the line to tone it down.
I did have an 80 series HJ60 up in Arnhem Land for a year or so and loved it. Might be a next project for me.

Aye most of us here are shy of the fill it with electronics fad but the UK didn't get the 105 series and its like theres nothing in between so the 80 reigns the forum even if the youngest must be 25 years old by now
