Help needed fj40 1969

Hi all I have got my 1969 fj40 from the us I need some help I have this unit on the fire wall does any one have the part number and what what is used for I can see 2 line going down to the gear box but the are broke here is the photo

Hi is it for putting it in 4wd are a rear heater hope it helps .
