Morning folks!
I need to remove for cleaning the coolant overflow tank on my 2001 Prado/Colarado. So far, I am thinking it may just slide upwards on a bracket. However, I can see no nuts the other side of the panel that may hold the slider so I cannot work out how to remove it and I do not want to force anything!

Can anyone offer any advice please? The repair manuals show nothing on this.

Thanks.

I think you just pull it straight up, possibly removing or shifting the battery will give you more room.

Thanks AW I feel stoopid asking now! After posting the question and examined it all again and decided to have one more go at pulling it upwards. Well, I pulled it up and off it came suddenly - taking a nice layer of skin at the same time!

Now struggling to get the heater hoses off the heater matrix for a reverse flush but seem to be REALLY stuck on there!

"pick tool"? Sorry, I am not even slightly a mechanic! Oh I got the plastic trim tools!! Got some! Many thanks:)
