The simplest solutions is to setup a group in your Hotmail address book
- can you do that?
Failing that there are stacks of solutions, but very few that don't
cost anything. One thing to possibly do is looking to effectively
setting up your own mailing list like this one, by one way only
messages - you might be able to setup a Yahoo group for that.
