Actually... now I look at the pics - how does it have an MOT at all, as the rear number plate is completely obstructed by the spare wheel (ignoring all the other rust and maintenance issues).

And a pic of all that corrosion being covered up with under seal to continue eating away out of sight.
While I reckon the original tester was pretty strict this one seems to need to go to Specsavers if he’s passed it with the number plate semi obscured. Surely it’s not the same tester.
