Hey all! Former Tacoma Owner here.Don't have a Land Cruiser, but want a diesel one

Hey all. My name is Peter. I used to have a 2000 Tacoma SR5, and I fell in love with Toyota 4x4's. I recently heard of JDM diesel landcruisers/hiluxes. Are there any importer/dealers of JDM cruisers on the East Coast? I will be moving to Northeast Florida later this year. I saw some on Ebay. Thank you.

Given that JDM is all right hand drive, is'nt that just going to be hassle in the US?

There are a couple companies (JDM Imports) who bring in diesel engines from Japan and sometimes cars/trucks. Not sure how exactly given the rules on importing, but they find a way. They want a lot of money though. Other than that, it's not very feasible. Your second and possibly best bet is to look in Canada for JDM spec toyota and bring it over (still a lot of work).
