The trouble with the OZ ones is that they invariably have high mileage and are pretty clapped out, arbeit lacking in rot. There are still JDM ones with lower mileage and no rust but seem to have reached the "classic " status with associated price tags to match.
Although it wasn't in bad condition when I viewed it and took it for probably a 20 mile test drive the bodywork was just starting but the mechanical cacophony was too much to bear, gearbox,diffs and extremely loud exhaust to start with .
I think this is overpriced by a good way bearing in mind the remedial work which needs doing and what have you got at the end? something which is still "tough but rough" .
No match for as £10k 80.

The day was memorable for squeezing 22MPG out of the Chevy Tahoe.
