optional overnight stay. This event is open to all 4x4?s and is suitable for
shineys. Cost for the event will be about ?50.00 per person for the Ceilidh

details, those without can phone 0131 620 3042 or 07973 343684.
Drumclog ? Oct 10th. Meet at the quarry for 0930hrs. Total Off road
magazine will be present to photograph some of the vehicles which took part
in the Argyll Challenge

Ballencreiff Farm Training Day ? October 24th. The site is in the hills to
the north of Bathgate and is a reasonable size but unfortunately the best
bits are excluded due to a SSSI preservation order being applied to them.
The day will basically be used for training the less experienced members in
aspects of driving, recovery, winching, etc ?anything they may wish to learn
about. The site will also be open for other members as a driving day but
some parts may be excluded if they are required for training/demonstration
purposes. Meet at Harthill services on the M8 for 0930hrs.
Entry fee is ?15.00

Subject: [ELCO] Hooray, holiday time!
Hi,
I'm off on hols to the Isle of Mull, Scotland for until the 25th.
Hopefully you will all play nicely whilst I am away.
If you need to get hold of me, the best bet is to email me via
[Email address removed].
Whilst away, I would be interested to hear from fellow 80s owners to
see if they have any bright ideas for straightening the bottom half of
the rear doors - I have just noticed mine bows outwards far enough that
the seal at the bottom in the middle doesn't, if you see what I mean.
