Take it to a garage who offer this service
Or if you have access to a high pressure air line you can blow out the bugs and other debris with a gun or pressure washer that can be turned down a bit so as not to damage the cooling fins
Compressed air and blow it from the engine side forwards....but make sure you don't close the fins up.....
Being honest I would say only way to do a proper job is to take the rad out.....and invest in a mesh bug/grass seed screen for the front of the cruiser grill.
Is there room to wash if through from behind with a hand trigger gun using only normal mains pressure, this usually works, it flow rate you want not high pressure.
