What size and type of socket / spanner is needed for the hub lock nuts?
I checked and repacked these on Saturday but my standard hub spanner was
a fraction too small so I ended up chiselling them off and back on.

Definitely 54mm Pete. I've only ever got nuts from the dealer, can't
remember how much but not a lot I shouldn't think. While you're at it
get a couple of tab lock washers more than you think you need. I've been
caught before now having to take it all apart one more time than I
thought and not having new washers to pop in. Those little tabs have a
nasty habit of breaking off if you re-use them.

That's what I thought, i.e. standard LR hub spanner. But mine wouldn't
fit - a good 2 - 4 mm too small I would have said.
Where can I get new nuts - is it main dealer only?
