In the market for my first Cruiser, is this a decent deal?

I definately recommend getting underneath the target vehicle and having a look for rust and accident damage. There is good info on here about what to look for.
For all we know the underneath photos could be a different vehicle - there are sharks out there!!
If ok and it has some history then the price seems reasonable
 
Looks pretty clean but pictures can always be deceiving. The side steps are not stock. Detailed inspection & test drive is always a must.
 
It probably depends on which state(s) the truck has been used in, rust-wise.

Salty roads are a killer, but if it's lived in Florida for 20 odd years, and looked after, it could be sound underneath....
