Craig, with reference to your earlier post regarding test / set up
equipment it would appear that there is far more needed than just the
following item that is one of several currently for sale on E-BAY UK
http://cgi.ebay.co.uk/Diesel-inject...ryZ30921QQssPageNameZWDVWQQrdZ1QQcmdZViewItem
I had been contemplating getting my injectors serviced now that I have
108,000 miles on the clock but the recent posts have made me think
again. The dual stage set up process seems to be beyond most so called
professionals.
What else would I need to make it a DIY job. I have been looking at
getting an ultrasonic cleaner. I have dial gauges and magnetic stands,
and a certain amount of patience!!
Thanks,
Gareth.

Dear all,
Profuse apologies for the ebay link on the list.
I had meant to send the post purely to Craig and not the list in
general.
Now you all know my thoughts!!!!!
Gareth.

Hi Gareth,
I know a fuel shop that recently got in the gear to setup the -FT
injectors and I think it cost in excess of 300pounds just for the setup
tools. What you show is needed but also quite a bit of other gear if you
have a look in the FSM for the engine it shows them.
It stinks you should be able to take them to a fuel shop and get them
serviced, but there are ones here that you avoid as the only give you
grief so I assume the UK is the same.
Cheers,
Craig.
