I'm here :) Might take a while for the list to see much action.
Anyone need sunroof glass, relays or motors from a 94 ? Been sitting in
my shed since I put the roll cage in and I can see them going over the
tip soon to save space.

Jon, I'm here as well !!!!
I note "lots of extra stuff" - my curiosity has got the better of me - share it with us Jon .
Is there anyone else out there that needs to clean out the garage / workshop or the spare bedroom of landcruiser related bits ???
Has anyone fitted or driven a Safari - Intercooler diesel conversion?

I've not driven one, but spoken to a couple of people that have gone
for one of Andrew Graham's Intercooler kits (550+VAT fitted) (see
http://www.allisport.com/) and they say it makes a major difference -
more like driving a real car.
I guess it will be the same as driving a petrol (202bhp), but with more
torque.

Exhaust from All American and an intercooler from Allisport are high on
my list of upcoming modifications but I don't actually know anyone who
already has one.
Interesting price Julian, is that for the 24 or 12 valve?

Factory axle lockers, dash centre diff lock switch, +2" springs &
shocks, +2" rear & +3" front weld in spring cup spacers, extended
diff-transfer-tranny breathers, Safari snorkel, TJM T15 front bumper
with Scorpion recovery eyes, TJM winch mount reinforcement, TJM OX
hydraulic winch with plasma rope, Safety Devices internal full cage,
sunroof removed and replaced with aluminium chequer plate, "removed"
rear bumper caps, heavy duty tow pin on rear cross member, 33" BFG AT
tyres for day to day use, 35" Simex Extreme Trekkers for playing. Cobra
CB, Garmin GPS II hooked up to ITX computer with 15" TFT touch screen in
dash running custom software for music, videos, mapping, phone control,
heater controls relocated to centre console, misc amps mounted inside
rear wing where factory sub went, rear door speakers replaced with 6x9's
and a 12" sub in the boot. Quite a bit of "custom" bodywork from arguing
with immovable objects.
You did ask :) Some of it's documented on www.mudtoys.com but it could
do with updating.

I forgot the TIRELOC bead lockers on the wheels with the Simex's on,
Scorpion wheel spacers, EMU steering damper and lengthened anti roll bar
chassis mounts. Rear silencer removed and replaced with curved pipe to
exit at the side for clearance.

As far as I can remember it is the same price for either version
because he uses the same intercooler. As far as I can tell the only
difference is with the performance - you benefit more from the 24valve.
I'm not sure how scientific he is with the tuning on the injector pump
and turbo.
I have actually been looking into putting together a DIY kit. If you
can get a sensibly sized second hand intercooler from a 100 series or a
lorry, the pipe work can be put together using aluminium pipe with
silicone hose for the bends (this is what Andrew does). Then some of
the money you save can be spent on getting it onto a rolling road and
then getting the injector pump and turbo properly setup.
