Julian - PC Setting ?

Julian,
I might just have a digest problem or maybe something more serious.
But when I get Lionel's posts on my screen, all I see is a screenful
of jumbled letters and digits. Postings either side of his read OK.
Others obviously read it clearly as I see some interesting answers to
Lionel's postings. So please tell me at what part of my PC I should
aim my club hammer ? Thanks.

I think that Lio's messages are coming through as MIME formatted righ
text or something like that.
