LC200 VX OR SAHARA DISPLAY UNLOCKING

Does anyone know how to unlock the 9" display on LC200 so that you can load Windows CE and OziExplorer CE. The dealership tells me it can't be done, but I am sure that it must be possible.
I currently have OziExplorer running on a cheap Chinese GPS/navigator from Ebay, but I would rather have it running on the Toyota unit.
