Hi Guys
I noticed an oil stain on my driveway today, no not that one but a new one .
So had a quick look and saw what appeared to be oil all the way from the top
of the diff breather down over the front axel and drip on my drive. Decided
it was an overfill of the diff oil from when I changed it last time but that
was months ago I said to myself, never the less it had to be it. Had a
better look at it while letting a little oil out of the diff only dripping
slowy, not really overfill but waited and looked and waited and looked. Now
here is the question.
At the top of the axle where the bottom half of the diff breather enters,
there are four pipes of various thickness in a bundle held by a plate, stwo
of them are hard and goto each wheel hub I think and another goes back down
towards the rear of the cruiser. The leak is coming from this collection of
pipes on top of the axle, what are they (the pipes all for).
Thanks
