lj 78 electric hubs

Signing up again,life did not go to intended plan.Still got 93 LJ78.Trying
to do front brakes,am now stuck,faced with round disc with 3 of T20
screws very tight[slip ring block for hubs].Ineed to get past this to undo
hub nut and so change discs[like on hilux?}Round disc is pegged to
locate on keyway on hub so does not appear to want to rotate,peg is
not sacrificial like a tab washer.Is this correct?Help or advice please.
