Hi,
Maybe I just don't the picture of my KZJ70 looking/performing like a pinin
or even a freelander. I have always seen it as a workhorse like a land rover
defender
.
They are pretty basic when it comes to luxuries and comfort ride is not the
best on the road, especially when you put springs on etc..and they don't
have the mod cons of the 80 series and above.
I do agree with you they are the poor mans TLC.. so no argument meant just
had visions of a Pinin going up the trail ;-)
Martin.
Martin, no argument. I have seen plenty of the small engined 70's in
the Balkans, and I have bought plenty 70 troopies, hi-luxes, 80's and
90's for aid agency work. I have witnessed which are worth the money
and can stand-up to continuous use and abuse.
