Meet up - getting organised.

Hi All,
Glad to see others keen to come along.
I was thinking about something along the lines of:
- Meet around 10ish somewhere that does coffee/late breakfast and is easy
to get to from all regions (London, Midlands, South West).
- Spend 1-2 hours playing on some lanes - nice easy ones for minimal damage
to standard vehicles. Maybe a choice of two routes - one easy, one harder.
- Meet up for good long lunch at a reasonable (good cheap food) pub that
has capacity for a dozen or more people and a big car park.
- After lunch play some more (if time) and then head home.
Any preferences for the 21st, 28th November or 5th December?

Sounds fine.

Hopefully zero damage to standard vehicle ...

Can't do 21st Nov, but most other sundays are good.

Hi,
Think I'd struggle with 21st November but 28th or 5th should be ok.
Format you suggested sounds fine to me and don't mind if there's only
easy lanes to drive - it's a drive in the country I like, not too fussed
if it's hard or not.
Best Regards,
Jon.

Julian - my preferences are for the 28th or 5th - tow ropes and
wellies packed already !!
Gareth.

Good to see that we have some takers:
The list so far:
Me
Jon Wildsmith
Christopher Bell
Clive Marks
Gareth Jones
Dennis Lamminga
Paul Mills (guide)
Any more takers?
I will liaise with Paul with regards meeting point - I assume that you
can all read maps so won't want detailed instructions :)
So far I am plumbing for the 28th November.

Julian,
As things stand at the moment, I was planning to go to N Wales (I need to sort
out some heating problems in my holiday cottage before winter sets in), but if
the majority vote goes for the 28th, I'll see if I can rearrange my schedule.
