Missing on overboost

Hey guys,

Ive justhad a reco 1hdt put in, new turbo, new everything in the engine bay basically. However the warning light comes on at 14.5psi which I believe is factory setting? But it starts to skip/miss an lose power at that stage? The turbos a green grunter an it has a GFB controller on the turbo. I’m wondering if this is a factory limiter An by passable or does it simply need a boost comp’ Tune to fix this?

You could be hitting fuel cut off on the fuel pin.

Sorry mate I’m new to TD. Is that corresponding to the boost comp? Is it a matter of getting it tuned? My plan is to have it tuned after it’s first service at 5000 an was thinking of going to berima?
