He bought this 120 D4-d
He knows the engine will need looking at, how much looking at is the question.
So he will take it to Toyota for a diagnosis report first.
Then he can decide if it's worth it to get the current engine running again, or he can have the spare engine I have.
They are not the Dunflops on either.

Hi Fridayman,
Yes, it is ex- MOD.
I guess it would have been looked after untill this problem manifested.

Nick,
£5500 plus vat.

Similar 2005, LC3, on Ebay in running order are starting at £13999.

We need to find him some 3rd row seats, unless the sales persons just didn't have them to hand when they took photos.

Ashdown metalic green.
Who would have used such a vehicle in the MOD?

It is supplied with the 654 document to register the vehicle. So no number plates.
What needs to be done there?

Graham

I would imagine a bit of banter with the DVLA. If the 654 document proves the date of manufacture then you will get age-related plates. If not, expect Q plates. They might charge £55 to get the motor on the system but ex-mod vehicles may be exempt.

Thanks Jim,

£55 ain't too bad, but £exemt.00 is better.
It should go onto "05" plates
The 654 document will proves the date of manufacture'

Looks like one of the embassy vehicles.

Hi Tommo,

Like one of the embassies in London?
The removed registration was DY 96 AB

What does it mean? any ideas?
