Mystery plug in rear of 80

Hi, any idea what this plug may be for?

Its for the oem sub tank ecu.
even though mines a diesel it still has it as its cheaper for toyota to use existing looms even if some of the connectors are redundant.

And this one? I am after a few feeds and things for an electric box I am putting in. Need a switch to earth for the work lamp and the reverse lamp ideally in the centre console.

I have connected to the ecu plug before to run a feed to the passenger kick panel.
Cant say for definite on the blue connector.

Isnt where you fuse box is the same place that water can leak from the window seals?
