Ok, here 's my new issue:
I recently updated the maps (at the dealer), so there's no excuse: 2016-2017 Maps+info now.
So here 's the problem I experience : When starting, trying to input an address or place (city, town, village etc.) the system works as follows: The system does not let the user use all letters at the keyboard, reason being obviously that the names it has in its memory, are the ones that may be input. However, it seems that some places (villages up to now) cannot be input as destinations - the system does not let the user click the required letters, as already explained.
However, when the car arrives at the destination so the map gets close, (or the user leads the maps cursor near the desired destination), the name of the place exists on the map, although it cannot be input
Has anyone experienced anything similar? Can I change this setting with on and off letters? As the car was rented initially, I do not have the user manual of the navigator, afaik it is from "Navteq"
