New Cruiser Girl arrives

Morning all,
My 3rd daughter (Alice) was born at 1.46 this am. Wife and baby doing
fine despite a protracted induced labour, I'm bloody knackered so off
for a quick scotch and then to bed!

Great news, Julian! Congratulations to both of you!
Out of curiosity, if spanking is now illegal, what do they do these
days to get the baby to take the first breath?

Fortunately it is not illegal in England, but is in Scotland. Last

spanking - everyone there fell about with laughter and my daughter was
confused and embarrased enough to behave after that.
