I have a new e-mail address, how do I change from this one to the new one,the list rejected the new one, probably your anti spam!,

Hi Chris,
Usually the best route is to unsubscribe and then re-subscribe using the
forms on the site, but if you send me off list your new address I can sort
it out for you.
