G’day everyone,
My name is Noel, I have owned Landcruiser’s for the past 30 years starting with an FJ55 wagon and have done most of the repairs and maintenance on them. I currently own a 2007 100 series Turbo Diesel which has just clicked over 200 K. It is fully set up for cruising with Bullbar, winch, scrub bars, rear bar to carry two spares and long range fuel tank which holds 120 litres of fuel and 50 litres of water as well as the standard 90 litre tank. It has a snorkel and draw system with fridge slide and dual battery system and an alloy roof rack. It has also had a GVM upgrade of 600 Kg.
The engine has a Safari chip but apart from that is standard.
Over the years my wife and I including the kids when they were young had many 4x4 experiences both in the High Country and dessert, the high lights being the Simpson Dessert, Cape York and Arnhem Land.
