Hoping that the owners in the first 10 years did something, that way you might get away with little or no maintenance in the last 10 years
Mine was severely maintenance neglected when I got it, and over 11 years of ownership, I've managed to get it sounding reasonably smooth, and all is now fully functional.
They're pretty tough, but neglect pains me as there's no excuse.
Plenty on this forum about routine maintenance, do a search for keywords like "oil change" or some such, you'll have a big choice.
The key is to do it by the book, and to use OEM (Toyota) parts. JMO.
