Hi Nicalandia,
I don't know much about importing vehicles to the US but I imagine the rules for registering an older vehicle in a particular state would vary.
I've seen several BJ73s being auctioned and registered in Florida but heard Californians not being able to register those older engines.
I could be completely wrong though and the whole process is a breeze in all 50.
