Oil/sump capacity

Sorry everybody but can someone just tell me the exact number of litres
needed by our cruisers when changing oil and filter.
I had this info in my hand this pm when about to do an oil change but have
now lost it and also left my Haynes manual in Sussex...
Should know it off by heart but there you go...

To fill from a drain you would need close to 10 litres.
