P0019, P0024 and P0025 code on my LC200 2015 GXR V8. Anybody experienced this error?

My engine started to have rough idle 1k rpm fluctuating to 1.3k rpm on idle, reduced engine power and will have knocking noise after speeding more than 100 kph.
Is my engine still fixable or I am in serious trouble to have it fixed? Thank you
