Passenger Airbag shuts off...

Wondering if this is a known problem or something specific with my 2015.

There seems to be some sequences of passenger getting in and or out with engine running. After driving for a little while the passenger airbag turns off. Everything works fine if both seats are occupied when engine is turned on. If the passenger gets out and back in or gets in after the engine is running, the airbag shuts off, either right away ow when on the way. It acts like a programming problem with some control computer but who knows...

I would rather not let the dealer randomly throw parts at it if there is a known fix.

There's a sensor in the seat which is related to a switch allowing you to turn the airbag on or off (it's related to the use of baby seats). I'd cycle the switch a couple of times and also chack the wiring under the seat.

Ignore me, it looks like you can't manually disable the airbag on the 150.
