Hi guys im new hear and sorry for this stupid question but how to you check the production year of the Land cruiser troopy (HZJ78 and FZj78)? is it under the seatbelt or anywhere else?

Not a stupid question at all, well, I had to look up the answer, courtesy of wikipedia...

VIN code, 10th digit, should be a letter or number which translates as follows:

You could put the complete VIN number into www.toyodiy.com and it will tell you lots of information about your truck.

I don't know where it is on your truck, but it will be on the vehicle documents at least.

In the truck, it's usually on a data plate, riveted to the bulkhead, accessible from under the hood.
