I have just acquired another '90-Series' Transfer Box for eventual refurbishment. Unfortunately the two Companion Flanges are devoid of studs.

These are not shown as separate items on the Toyota Parts Lists (presumably why they were removed ), so I contacted Simon Holton to see if they were available to the Trade . . . Unfortunately not and he can't help.

I don't want to buy new flanges (c. £150 each ) so have been 'googling' and checking the usual suppliers without success.

Does anyone know where I can get these splined studs and their nuts from (front = 9.80mm dia x 26.65mm length x 1.0mm pitch, Rear = 10.85mm dia x 26.65mm length x 1.0mm pitch) ??

It seems nonsensical that Toyota can't supply these :?.

Thanks.

Bob.

Hmmmmm, these don't look right to me. The front & rear Companion Flanges have different diameter studs - and neither is 10mm!

These will be for the front of the front prop, where it connects to the front diff.

Thanks anyway :icon-wink:.

Someone makes them for Toyota . . . ..

Interesting; thanks Shane.

I shudder to think what a batch of 10 would cost though (I'll give them a ring on Monday and see).
