Pyrometer specs

Julian - try - http://www.stewartwarner.com/ I bought a pyrometer & EGT,
combined vac / boost gauge and fuel pressure gauge. They seem good
quality. My supplier was - http://www.autoperformanceengineering.com/ (
APE ) who also provided me with the Walbro 6065 fuel pump. The freight
costs were low and amazingly I did not incur any import duties / VAT on
either package. Ron Gregory , who runs APE, is a very helpful man, who
came reccomended by a couple of people on the USA lcool site. For
anyone contemplating engine mods fitting a boost gauge and EGT is a
smart move before you mod the engine. At least you know where you
started from and the effect that each mod has compared to the "stock"
engine. All I need is some time to fit all these wonderful bits. I spent
most of the weekend mowing grass and out with the chainsaw cutting up a
fallen oak tree, still it keeps me out of mischief.

I am looking for a pyrometer and have found a local UK based supplier,
but am looking for recommendations on the spec.
Do any of you have a spec you could email over, or provide a URL to a
supplier site providing the details?
FYI - If you are ever stuck for gauges and sensors (air, oil, temp,
pressure, etc), S.M.Gauges in Bristol
(http://www.smgaugeco.demon.co.uk) appear to be very helpful and if
they cannot provide something off the shelf, have suppliers that can
make things up for you.
