Query re PMs

To all you admin bods
Can you just explain how I can make my PMs get 'sent' instantaneously? i.e. far quicker than they do currently
They take like 24 hours to go 'out' as sent; is there any way I can speed them up?

Hi Renate,
Don't worry, the PMs get sent immediately. They only show up in your Sentbox when the addressee/recipient opens them. So if the recipient doesn't log on for a couple of days, the PM sits in your Outbox. The recipient will have received a notification email that a PM awaits them...
This system just indicates whether your PM has been read by the recipient
