Dear All
An LC day sounds fun. A chance to meet up with all the board and hang'er
on'ers too! I am based in South East London but not far from the M25 so
will go anywhere south/south west. But as all will agree much notice is
required this time of the year. Most of July is out and August I am off on
hols to Menorca for two weeks but Sept looks good??

One of my main reasons for travel is to take photographs. But I=B9m a bit of a
dinosaur ass I shoot exclusively on film, 35mm and medium format. May buy a
small digital but to me they are like polaroids really. Will be delighted to
show pictures at any future get together and will get selected ones scanned
on return.
Apart from spares for the car one of my main dilemmas is how much film to
take and how to keep it cool and away from dust etc. Big Peli case is the
answer I guess....

In my experience, trying to organise such 'events' is fraught - it's
impossible to please everyone with dates.
Someone should take on the mantle of 'Organiser' suggest a few dates
and ask for a show of hands of those that can make each date / venue.
The majority decides.
Not much point leaving it later than mid- September IMO
