Recommended Fluid Types and Amounts?

Greetings,

I am looking for some advice on the recommended fluids to replace on my 1997 TLC (4.5 liter) with 220,000 miles. Any suggestions would be much appreciated. I am also looking for the amount of fluid as well. I don't have an owner's manual:

1. Transmission fluid
2. Transfer case fluid
3. Front differential
4. Rear Differential

1, ATF Dipstic. note cold and hot marks. Some Have used Dexron which gives a harder shift?
2. EP 90 Fill to brim of filler hole vehicle level.
