Remote Start System from Toyota Parts

Just received a 2021 Land Cruiser (my first) I built on Build a Toyota but Toyota didn't install a Remote start / Key Fob Start system. Nor does it have auto steering correction in the LDA safety option. I also received a center console cold box instead of a glove box console? Who chose those items for me I was wondering. I was told that there were NO OPTIONS for the 2021-everything's included! Looking online; I found a remote start system that works with the OEM Key FOB on Toyota Parts website. Says it works with 2017-2020! I assume it will work with the 2021. Has anybody had any issues with the Toyota Remote Start system? I am looking for issues or corrections made, updates and etc. Still SMH wondering why it was not installed in my Land Cruiser?
