They are the best thing ever! Iv done my 80 and 120 wheels with 'em' They are as cheap as chips to buy. I think a box of 10 40grit was only £7.99.....I did the complete 80 resto with 'em' and iv just sanded the timber for the new fire place Mantle... Swear by 'em' The only tool you ever need.... I did all my floor/ceiling joists with a flappy wheel and drill because i specifically didn't want a uniform finish . Try these for bodywork and i'm sure you will be impressed https://www.screwfix.com/p/non-woven-preparation-wheel-115mm/83915

You should try one of these. This really is so good for removing paint and rust. Also has the cheese block for scratches and glue.

Someone on the Hilux forum suggested Poly strip discs, apparently they remove paint but don’t damage the underneath, even if it’s plastic. Might have to get one for doing the fibreglass bonnet a flap disk will deffo be too aggressive

So impressed was i with the screwfix prep wheel i remembered to take a photo 3 minutes after i started on the worst bit

Ger what your saying I have only used a demo one but hands down beat anything I have every used before. Even working in a body shop at the time I couldn't justify
