Routine Servicing ("B" Service)

Ken,
Practising regular maintenance is not a must, but it helps saving
money - it's cheaper to replace diff oil than a whole diff :)
While Landcruisers are pretty forgiving, many of them end up being
flogged in Autotrader for silly money because their owners can't
afford to fix the problems caused by neglect.
But then, according to Toyota authorised dealers for those who can
afford spending 30 grand on a LC, =A31500 is small change.

You're stating what I already know (but would prefer not to admit !)
BTY: I paid ?19K for her in 2005. Just 3 years old, 46K miles ( I know and
trust ! the former owner). Had been stolen, and recovered a couple of
months later with some very minor body damage. So, having stretched my
finances then I'm just questioning if ?1500 is value for money or priced to
what the owner will pay ?
