Julian,
As a suggestion, would it better suit our day if we met at the
Bustard inn instead of the countess services? There is more room there
but no breakfast. Folks could get breakfast on the way, or even at
countess. This would probably mean guys would meet at countess and
then come to the Bustard together but not all of us. The Countess
services seem a bit small for the numbers we had last time.

Hi Clive,
Certainly worth a thought although there will be a bit of waiting around
whilst we wait for late comers and most people would I am sure prefer to
be able to nip off to get coffee.
It would be easier if the Little Chef and the Bustard Inn were close
together, however they are about five miles apart so there would be
further delays as people travelled between the two.
Also bear in mind that the CSMA had another 40 vehicles there that day
which did crowd things out a bit. I need to double check with the Little
Chef, but hopefully they won't be having any double bookings.
I guess the alternative is for people to bring their own coffee along and
sort out their own breakfast arrangements on the way.
What do the rest of you think?
