my front seat was ripped & getting worse, ( picture attached ) found a seat upholster near by in Hertfordshire, they do all types of car seats, motor bike seats, classic cars. very busy.

should hopefully last for years to come,

there called Hukes Car trimmers HP1 3BP - 01442 843144, ask for Dave, no website but has present on face book,
Face book ( I'm not on it ) has pictures of their work they have done.
They also in partnership with a couple, who re covers furniture ( chairs , sofa etc ) they use the same premies.
had to wait 4 weeks to get a slot, as he is currently busy,

Good job there. Did a similar thing on my import 80 cloth seats. Seems after 10 years or so seats show their age and if not treated become poorly. After my rebuild it gave a whole new level of comfort and stability I didn't recognise plus saving the seat beyond repair.
